Wednesday’s Word: In the Stars His Handiwork I See

Perhaps the Psalmist was spending the night outdoors when he wrote this. Have you ever seen an amazing night sky and felt the same way? We sure felt amazed at God’s handiwork one night when we were camping in eastern Washington and witnessed the Perseids, a spectacular meteor shower!

Thanks to for the beautiful picture.

For friends new to this blog, “Wednesday’s Word” is a weekly Bible audio clip that rotates between Genesis, Luke and Psalms. Periodically, I post “Wednesday’s Word to the Wise,” which is a Bible passage on what it means to be wise (in honor of Sophie Topfeather, an owl who struggles with what it means to be wise, and who is the main character of my upcoming children’s series).

On Sundays, I post an article-type post on themes in the novels: faith, friendship, diversity, etc. Thanks for reading!
